SATYRIO AT THE WELCOME ITALIA 2019: EXCLUSIVE FOOD AND BEVERAGE INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION
Upon the invitation by the Italian Chamber of Commerce, an exclusive cooking presentation by the well known Italian Chef Danny Martin from Satyrio, and a “Meet the Producer” event have been organized. The cooking show highlighted the extraordinary skill and the original recipes of the chef from Satyrio restaurant.
Danny’s way of cooking recreates the genuine and fresh Italian flavors and then combines them with great wines! During the event, the wine “Invisible 2016” accompanied the Raviolo Explosion, one of the most popular dishes at Satyrio.
Nadia Iacovelli, with over 20 years of hands-on experience, heads Lady Wine who is specialized in finding rare and precious wines for aficionados, collectors, and investors. Lady Wine, Satyrio only partner for wine selections, was also present.
The food & wine tastings overflowed with eager participants – not only to savor the wines and food but also to meet the producers who flew to London especially to contribute to the success of the event. Present were:
- Monterò (awarded with 2 glasses from Gambero Rosso)
- Camposilio’s owner, Mr. Francesco Gori (awarded with gold medal at Brussels worldwide competition in 2008 with its Camposilio Rosso 2004)
- Tre Monti (awarded with 3 glasses from Gambero Rosso, for Vitalba wine)
- Cantina di Venosa wines (brand winning the gold medal for Gesualdo 2011 Doc in 2016 at Brussels worldwide competition)
… and for a sweet finale, “Orange moon” panettone, a Sicilian unique brand.
Satyrio was also awarded a plaque acknowledging us for Italian hospitality ! 🙂
